At least 2 sessions are required for best results. Some may require 3-4 sessions. When booking a course please note that full payment is required at the initial session. Course will need to be repeated every 6-12 months depending on individual preference to maintain results.

Cancellation Policy

When booking we kindly request a booking fee to secure your appointment, this will be deducted from the total due on the day. This is strictly non-refundable. Booking fees can be transferred over to another appointment date ONCE if at least 48 hours notice is given, otherwise a new booking fee will be required. If you cancel without giving at least 48 hours notice, or do not turn up to your appointment, a new booking fee is required to rebook the appointment. Please ensure you arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late please be advised that we may not be able to complete your treatment, in which case your appointment will have to be rescheduled and a new booking fee will be needed. We take full payment at your initial appointment for any treatments that require multiple sessions, if any subsequent sessions are missed or cancelled without at least 48 hours notice we will require a new booking fee to rebook. All treatments are subject to you being medically suitable. Please be advised you MUST be 18 or over to receive treatment. Please bring photo ID, we are required to ask anyone who may look under 25 for proof of age. If you fail to provide ID we will have to reject treatment and your booking fee will be lost. By booking in you are agreeing to this policy.
